Mick Ralphs, the influential guitarist, songwriter, and co-founder of the iconic rock bands  Mott The Hoople ,Bad Company , David Gilmour & Friends,Mick Ralphs's Blues band ,has passed away at the age of 81.

Another Legend left the music world.
