GEORGE  TRANTALIDIS  -  LOOKING  BACK  2021.

With the title speaking for itself and with the faded photo depicting him at the age of 4 on the cover, Giorgos Trantalidis presents us with a series of eight original compositions and one arrangement with the main axis being the nostalgia of faces, experiences and situations. Compositions that had been left in the drawer for years, but also other more modern ones, inspired by the life experiences of this great musician, form the material for his sixth purely personal album. GEORGE  TRANTALIDIS  -  GLOBAL  VISION 2011.

Giorgos Trantalidis has connected his name with the Greek jazz scene. Having started his career 35 years ago as a member of "Socrates"   and as one of the best Greek drummers.

His first  jazz album he recorded with "Sphinx", along with many other collaborations with talented artists  of the scene, as well as the representation in festivals and albums sold  all over the world.

After twenty years since his last album, "am:pm", he is back (2011) with  "Global Vision"  with  many "Heavy" and Important names of the music scene.

The ten tracks contained in his album have have elements of jazz, funk, latin and ethnic.
